This course establishes the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities that a person must have to perform on a Wilderness Search and Rescue Team Course length is 24 Hours The course topics include: Intro to SAR Search Tactics SAR Resources Communications SAR Equipment Legal Issues in SAR Land Navigation/GPS skills This course for anyone who is responsible for responding to wilderness related emergencies.
